Short biography: 

Drs. Rodic-Kitanovska (M.A.) is an independent consultant on (Romani) integration issues both for the regions of South-Eastern and Western / North Europe. Mrs. Rodić-Kitanovska has a considerable work experience in the NGO sector in South-Eastern Europe as well as in the Netherlands. One of her relevant long-term engagements was the position of the International Programme Manager for the European Centre for Minority Issues, leading implementation of the research and action-oriented project "Romani Expert Groups for Romani Integration", which supported professionalization of Roma in Macedonia with experience and expertise in the areas of education, employment, health, and human rights. Currently, Mrs. Rodic-Kitanovska is involved in managing projects regarding community mediation, with the focus on preschool education, healthcare and human rights issues. 

 

Regarding the training delivery, Mrs. Rodic-Kitanovska is specialised in: community work; anti-discrimination; gender equity; grass-roots empowerment; minority issues; networking (national / international); refugee issues; Romani integration (Western / South-Eastern Europe), early childhood development
